i love the cooking tips on the website! like cooking tips for vegetables: cut to cook at same rate as meat, place root vegetables under meat as they take longer to cook, and adding olives to sauce at the end of cook cycle!

easy, tasty, sweet and sour meatball crockpot recipe: box of frozen, pre-made italian meatballs (or can make homemade), one bottle of heinz chili sauce (find next to the ketchup in the grocery store, its not spicy), one small jar of grape jelly. mix chili sauce and jelly together in bowl, add to crockpot and heat until warm. add meatballs and cook about 2 hours or so on high. serve over white rice!

Secret recipe from my Polish Mother-In-Law. Place 1/2 sliced diced onions in the crock pot with 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp margarine. Let simmer until onions are transparent. Then add cubed sirloin steak and top with seasoning salt/pepper, 2 tsp hot chili peppers, 2 tsp Rosemary leaves, cook in a crock pot for 3 hours. Add water to just cover the meat. Add 2 8 oz cans of Tomato paste with garlic and thicken with a flour and water mixture. Pour over noodles. Just awesome, warms you inside and out.
