Win a Copy of The Biggest Story by Kevin DeYoung #Flyby #Biggeststory

The Biggest Story:
How The Snake Crusher Brings Us Back To The Garden
written by: Kevin DeYoung
illustrated by: Don Clark

As we ease back into school routines , we also get back into bedtime and home life routines.  Over the summer it is easy to get away from the  school-time ordinary, including taking the time to read together.  The Biggest Story: How The Snake Crusher Brings Us Back To The Garden is a beautifully written and illustrated book for the whole family sharing stories from the bible, but in a way that children can relate.
In The Biggest Story, Kevin DeYoung - a best selling author and father of six leads kids and parents alike on an exciting journey through the Bible, connecting the dots from the garden of eden to Christ's death on the cross.  The imaginative retelling of the bible's core message - how the snake crusher brings us back to the garden, will draw children into the biblical story, teaching them that God's promises are even bigger and better than we think.

My daughter and I have very much enjoyed getting into this lovely book.  It is written in a way that draws her (and I) into stories retold from the bible, in a way that she understands and is entertained by.  The illustrations are outstanding and compliment the text nicely.  This book is about hope and lets the reader know that the story isn't over yet.    I'm very excited to read and share this great book with both my nine and twelve year old.

The Biggest Story is appropriate for ages 5+, older kids are able to read on their own.  The book is hardcover and available for purchase for a suggested retail of $17.99 (USD)
