Are You a Nervous Sweater? #PGMom #100orNothing

Some people cry when they are upset or nervous, I sweat. I have always been a bit of a sweater,which I later could attribute to a hormone imbalance.  Usually now, I don't experience daily sweating, but if I become agitated or nervous I find myself beginning to drip.

I was so thankful to P&G sending me Secret Clinical Invisible Solid to give a try.

But, first I wanted to find out why I was sweating when I feel nervous.  Secret has a great resource that I was able to reference to find out more.

So, why do we sweat?
Stress, hormones, emotions, and physical activity or exercise activate sweat glands. When this happens, the brain sends a message to the body telling it to cool you off with your body's natural coolant — sweat. It's your body's way of maintaining your core temperature.
Why do I tend to sweat more than others?
In some people, the sweat glands overreact to stimuli and produce more sweat than your body needs.

I freely admit to being loyal to Secret for years.  Yes, I've tried other brands if they were on sale, but I've always come back to Secret.  It's a brand which I trust to work for me.  Now, with Clinical Invisible I feel 100% sure that I am covered, even when I become flustered.  Did you know that Secret offers a satisfaction guarantee or money refunded with this product?  {get all the details here}

Secret Clinical Strength gives me 4x the protection from stress sweat, and recommended by doctors.   And, it is a product which I love and trust.  Visit P&G Everyday to see more reviews for this product and others (and maybe a coupon offer too).

Are you a nervous sweater?

I've been thinking about trying this. What is the fragrance? I'm fussy about what I smell like!

Yes! It happens often as I suffer from anxiety attacks and some social anxiety. For me though, I sweat mostly down my back.
