Share the Love: Hallmark 7 Card Challenge & Giveaway #presspausepanel #7Cards7Days

With the world at our fingertips and a click away, the handwritten letter, note, or card has fallen by the wayside.  I rarely even remember to send a birthday card to relatives and friends anymore - it is now just a message via text or facebook.  Hallmark Canada doesn't want a generation lost when it comes to sending a written note.

In the spirit of connecting and relationship building, I am taking part in Hallmark's Share the Love: 7 Card Challenge.

My mission is to send out seven cards over seven days to seven different people who are important to me.

1. Pick seven special people who I would like to connect with
2. Over the span of one week, send one card to one person each day
3. Share my experience and maybe inspire others to do the same

Even if you stop and pick up a Hallmark greeting card next time you want to send a message to someone, you've made a handwritten connection which will make someone's day.  I guarantee it!  I know that if I receive a card I am downright giddy.

To thank you for considering and (hopefully) joining me by sending out a card or seven, Hallmark has a giveaway to offer to my readers.  Canadians, enter to win a Note card (blank cards) set from the Sarah Richardson Collection.

It depends on the person as to what method of a card I will send. Just yesterday I sent a Thank You via Facebook message for a birthday gift from my aunt and uncle.

It really depends on the person or the occasion. I usually send special occasion cards ,usually made by the kids to family members but most friends just email or text.

When you want to go above and beyond for that special somebody, I think it's important to pick out, hand write out and mail out a special greeting, by snail mail...
