Win an Oral Care Bundle from P&G #PGMom

Officially, dental care month may be over, but it is definitely not forgotten.   In our home, dental care is a priority.  I admit to going many years without visiting a dentist in my young-adulthood.  The result was the need for some extensive dental repair.  Now, that is all behind me, I can concentrate on good oral health at home.

You may of noticed that Dr. Travis Stork is a spokesperson for Crest and Oral B - making television appearances on Canadian television.  There is a relation between our overall health and our oral health.

Dentists recommend brushing twice daily for two minutes, flossing once daily and using a rinse. In fact, Oral-B Pro-Health Clinical Protection Floss is clinically proven to help reverse gingivitis in two weeks as part of a comprehensive dental routine.

I am highlighting Oral B dental floss because, I simply think it is the best out there.  For a long time, I skipped flossing, but now, I know that it is such an important step in oral care and should not be forgotten.   Flossing in conjunction with the use of Crest Pro-Health Pro Fresh Toothpaste and Oral B All-in-One Toothbrush has aided me in perfecting a great oral regime.

I am not really worried about my oral care as I am pretty fussy about my teeth.

I do worry about my oral care. Like you, I also did not visit a dentist for years. Thankfully, I only had one cavity to be filled but had no signs that there was an issue until pieces of my tooth started falling off! Needless to say, I am now making dental care more of a priority.

As I get older I am more diligent about my dental check-ups. Age, and meds can change your gums.

I brush at minimum 2x per day and floss once per day before bed. I love having clean teeth and would have the hygienist clean my teeth once per month if I could - I love the fresh from the dentist clean feeling.

I am very concerned about my oral care. Bad teeth seem to run in my family and since I had chemo, my teeth seem worse than ever. I brush regularly and try to avoid foods that may irritate my teeth.

It is my biggest fear. I recently bought a water flosser, it works to help the gums but doesn't really floss. I have a paranoia with string flossing and I hope this floss will help. Great review!
