Canada: Join me in taking the Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief Challenge! #ColgateSensitive

You may be reading the blog of Canada's Worst Dental Patient.

It's true.  I h-a-t-e  the dentist.  I begin to have anxiety attacks the week before and I am sure the staff at the dental office are rolling their eyes when they see me coming through their door.

It is not without reason though.  My teeth hurt - they are super sensitive and sitting in the dental chair with the hygienist scraping at my teeth, is enough to make me jump out of my skin.  While, I say it is not without reason, in reality it is probably a little mix of genetics and abuse of my dental health in my early twenties.  I went without a dentist for several years back then and caused a lot of damage by not getting regular check ups.  When I did finally find a new dentist the damage was done and he had to begin to fill cavities.  Some of those cavities are filled right to the gum line - and boy is that touchy.

Over the years I've found myself cringing, quivering and wincing in pain at certain foods.  Most notably, ice cream.  Not being able to freely enjoy ice cream is a huge distress to me, since ice cream is pretty much my all time favourite treat.  In fact, my first date with my husband was out to get ice cream, so obviously, ice cream has played a big part in my life.

Lately, I've been participating in the Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief Challenge, and I feel the winds of change are blowing.  By using the toothpaste daily and also massaging it onto my gum, I am finally feeling some relief.

Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief Shields and Repairs Teeth
Truth be told, my dentist suggested I use Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief several months ago.  So, I wasn't a complete stranger to the toothpaste before the challenge began.  It really does make a difference on those sensitive back teeth, which make me cringe.   If you feel sensitivity, be sure to take this opportunity, to give it a try and maybe even win a pretty awesome prize.

I love the instant relief I can achieve by massaging it onto my gums.  I also, really like that over time, with prolonged use I am building up long lasting sensitivity protection.   At the same time, using Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief offers cavity protection and freshens breath.

Request your sample and see for yourself - I bet you are going to be just as impressed with the results, as I am!

You should pick the perfect toothbrush for you, I suggest that you use soft bristles toothbrush if you have sensitive teeth.
