Deep Relief Heat Spray Targets Sore Muscles {#giveaway}

Deep Relief Heat Spray is the 1st topical analgesic heat spray available in Canada.  Deep Relief Heat Spray targets pain relief for sore muscles and is now available in the pain relief section all across Canada.

Deep Relief  is from the makers of Deep Cold.  Deep Relief is a complete line of topical pain relievers that have been trusted by Canadians for over 50 years.

I know exercises which I learned and practiced at physio therapy, I have my prescription pain medication, and over the counter pain medication.  Yet, I live in pain each and every day, at varying degrees of intensity.  I cope by taking a lot of rest breaks and meditation, in conjunction with the other methods I mentioned.  Sometimes, it just isn't enough.  Honestly, I don't enjoy filling my body with drugs.  I take the drugs as necessary, but I don't like their side effects.  I am already not like other moms, I at least want to be alert to what my children are saying and doing.

Deep Relief Heat Spray was of particular interest to me right away.  I wanted to try a topical pain reliever to see if it would take the edge off.

My back pain radiates right up my back and causes stress on my neck and shoulders, and I also have a lot of joint pain in my knees and ankles.  Deep Relief Heat Spay is awesome on both my joints and shoulder pain.  I love that it is a spray, that offers some relief, quickly.   I don't feel badly about using it as needed, as I know it isn't going to leave my sleepy on the couch and it may just give me what I need to finish the walk to the bus stop without having to come back in and lay down for a while.

Spraying it on my skin, I immediately enjoyed the cool smell of wintergreen, which I really like.  As Deep Relief Heat Spray dries, I immediately feel it tingle and heat up.  I love that it is in a spray bottle, as it clean and no mess and no residue left on my hands from having to rub it in.

I can definitely see how this would be an awesome product for athletic people, and it is also pretty great for people like myself.   I continued to feel a slight heat and relief for some time after initially spraying it.

A little bit of temporary relief is a very good thing!

Most interested in the joint relief pain, and I mostly just live with the pain. I don't like heavy med's and over the counter doesn't really help.
