|Grinning ear to ear at drop off|
Camp is so much more than just a week away from home during summer break. Summer camp is where friends are made and everyone is accepted. Summer camp is where the days begin with a polar dip and end with vespers and a campfire. It is about finding out something about yourself and who you want to be, and the freedom to run and sing and play. Summer camp is the epitome of childhood fun and experience.
Muskoka Woods is situated on 1000 acres of land, with 2800 feet of shore line, and, offers over fifty programs and activities for children aged seven to seventeen. In other words, Muskoka Woods looks pretty darned awesome.
One of the aspects of camp which my kids always rave about is the food. It just tastes better at camp. Muskoka Woods offers campers three buffet-style meals a day, which includes a salad bar, and a daily vegetarian option. Muskoka Woods is happy to accommodate any children with special dietary needs.
