Welcome to the family, Yoplait #LMDconnector #GMYoplait {#giveaway}

Have you heard the news?

Yoplait is now part of the Life Made Delicious family!

 Yoplait offers a wide variety of yogurt and fresh dairy products all of which taste great and help you lead a healthy lifestyle.
 There's a Yoplait for every taste and every occasion!

Walking down the dairy aisle at our local grocery stores, we will find a multitude of yogurt varieties.  Canadians love their yogurt - in fact the average Canadian consumes over eight Kilograms of yogurt each and every year.   Open my fridge door and you will find yogurt cups and yogurt tubes.  Open my freezer door and you will find more yogurt tubes, frozen.  Or, take a peak into the lunch bags of my children and you will be certain to always find yogurt.

 Yoplait is our yogurt of choice.  The kids love Minigo, Yop, and Tubes.   My hubby and I enjoy Source for the huge variety of flavours, all at only 35 calories and 0% fat.

The good news is Minigo, Yop, Tubes, and Yoplait kids all contain no gelatin, artificial flavours, or sweeteners.    And, they are a source of calcium and Vitamin D.

We have spent September getting ourselves back into our family and school routines, Yoplait is the perfect accompaniment for finding our way back to healthy routines.  Not only do Yoplait yogurts taste great, they are good for us and our families.  There are so many varieties and flavours - perfect for pleasing every member of the family.  Finding our way back into healthy routines this fall is easy with the help of Yoplait yogurts.

Welcome to the General Mills family of products, Yoplait.  Country Mouse, City Mouse is celebrating the arrival of the newest family member with a Yoplait Giveaway!

Canadians can enter to win the following:

Budgeting time to pack healthy lunches is something I'm working on. (Fortunately, when I'm disorganized, my husband picks up the slack!)

I've made an effort to eat more fruits and vegetables. Having the fruit readily available in a bowl on the table and veggies cut up in the fridge makes it easier to meet this goal and make it part of my daily routine.

The fall weather makes it easy to get outside and enjoy the outdoors in an active way. The lunch monitors at my son's school get them to eat the healthy snacks first (and the treat usually comes home), so I've only been packing fruits and veggies in lunches this year.

Laurie Bolduc said...

My best tip for getting my family or yours back into heathy routines this fall is to always send 3 servings of fruits or veggies to school with the kids. And to avoid giving juices for school. Reusable bottled water is fine :)
