Life is full of Firsts ~ Celebrate & Share your first with Cheerios! #FirstCheerios

With children the firsts come fast and furious....first time eating with a spoon, first step, first word, first day of school, and the list goes on and on.

Be prepared, parents as the firsts will just keep coming.  As a mom of three with children in ages ranging 14 to 6, I have to share that the firsts never become boring and each and every milestone is one to be celebrated.  Each first that I've had an opportunity to witness is a true blessing, and I would be amiss not to share that a tear or two has been shed watching my children grow and develop over the years.  (Just this week I've watched first days of school, specifically first day of full time school and first day of high school.)

These are the moments in time which are going to last a lifetime.

Cheerios is celebrating firsts right a long with us!

There's my little nephew, Landon - isn't he a beach boy dream come true?  I have been so lucky to have just spent the last year watching him grow through all those first year milestones, including walking at eight months!   My boy, Landon loves his first finger food- cheerios and we are excited to share some exciting news, which is going on over at the Life Made Delicious facebook page.

{Did you know that 4 out of 5 pediatricians recommend Cheerios as baby's first finger food?}

Landon and I invite you to share your photos of your little ones enjoying Cheerios

It is with great determination as little ones master the art of pinching a cheerio in their fingers and get it into their mouth.  These are the pictures we want you to share on the Life Made Delicious facebook page.  Not only will you be showing the world your little cutie, but you will also receive a coupon for a free box of cheerios if you are one of the first 1000 to submit.  Everyone after the first thousand will receive a coupon for a dollar off.

{To be fair to families there is a limit of one free box of Cheerios per household, and one dollar off coupon, per household per year.}

Then, next spring (2013) watch your grocer's shelves for special edition family sized Cheerios with a mosaic of your adorable babies enjoying their first taste of Cheerios.

Get started today by submitting your photo at Life Made Delicious

I will be keeping an eye on the facebook page, so be sure to let me know if you upload a picture of your precious little one.  And, I am really looking forward to seeing the special packaging next spring.  Goodness knows we go through many boxes of Cheerios in our home.  I will be smiling to see all those sweet pictures sharing the breakfast table with my family.

 Disclosure – I am participating in the First Cheerios Blog Tour by Mom Central Canada on behalf of General Mills. I received compensation as a thank you for participating and for sharing my honest opinion. The opinions on this blog are my own.

Even at over 2 years old DS LOVES his cheerios (or "Os"). The only difference now is that he can get them out of the cupboard himself!

So sweet :-) Love how Cheerios has been a part of so many of our little ones first finger food experiences :-)

You guys have such fun things for little ones. Maybe I'm out of touch but I really haven't seen these in our shops. Wouldn't dream of giving a little one the normal cheerios - just would seem odd! :) Lucky you!

Just read your comment - you MUST get her to write down her tales - my Mum threatened to do it and never did. I am now having to rely on memory and bits from family to piece it all together. It's never too late to start! xx
