Have you tried Pillsbury Chocolate Crescents yet? #LMDconnector

Back in my other life, I worked at a large supermarket where they baked fresh chocolate croissants every day.  For my morning break I would guiltily go and get one.  Those croissants were warm and so delicious.  I absolutely loved enjoying those yummy treats and have missed eating them ever since.

Living in a rural community, a chocolate croissant isn't readily available in our stores.  But, most recently I started see Pillsbury Chocolate Crescents in my grocer's dairy cooler.   Oooh!

Our family loves Pillsbury Crescents often.  We eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  They are so good coming out of the oven and so simple to make.  I just knew the new Chocolate Crescents were going to be a very special type of awesome.

Inside the box is everything to whip up a plateful of gooey Chocolate Crescents.  In under fifteen minutes we were enjoying fresh from the oven goodness, reminding me of those days gone by.

Simply roll out the dough, and squeeze some chocolate onto each crescent.  Then roll them up and pop in the oven.  I put all my chocolate inside, but you can also save some to drizzle on the top for a special finish.  I love them as a treat on a Saturday morning, or a mom-pick-me-up-mid-afternoon.

Pillsbury Chocolate Crescents are simply decadent and delicious.  They are in stores now and waiting to go home with families all across Canada.

I haven't seen these yet! but now I'll be looking. One of my favourite bread shops in Japan carried something similar to this, a light pastry bread filled with chocolate, I gained 15 pounds with a smile on my face! :)

I'll be on the look out now.
