Wouldn't it be amazing to be able to manage your problems, big and small, every day?

I admit to having quite a bit of stress in my life.  Financial stress is always on my mind, as is the stress of not being able to make my body do the things I want it to.  Often, I have a difficult time calming my brain and allowing myself to just accept what is and what will be.

It is funny, I recently read a review on my friends blog saying she felt that Chicken Soup for the Soul must be able to read her mind.  As, they seem to come out with appropriate book at just the right time, and I feel no differently.

Say Goodbye to Stress is a trusty companion and inspiration throughout my day.  Through reading excerpts of this book, I am learning to accept what I can't change and enjoy each day as it is given to me.  There really isn't any point stressing over the things I have no control.

I am thankful to find comfort and strength through this Chicken Soup for the Soul book.
