Look for the green banner on your favourite cereals #LMDconnector

Start the day off right by eating a heart healthy breakfast.

Did you know?

Research has shown that getting three grams of oat fibre each day may help reduce your total cholesterol by up to 5% and your LDL cholesterol (the kind you really want to reduce) by up to 8%.


Now, when shopping for some of your favorite General Mills cereals you will notice a green banner.  The green banner lets us know that the box of cereal contains oat fibre, which help to reduce bad cholesterol. 

Look for Cheerios, Honey Nut Cheerios and Oatmeal Crisp - all will be sporting the green banner
