I admit to being a pillow-flipper.  Night sweats has been a problem for me for a long time - a mix of certain medications and now my age often work against me.  I find I get over-heated quickly in bed and as a result flip off my sheets and blankets as well as my pillow in an attempt to cool down.  Since my new Smart Silk pillow arrived, I find I am no longer flipping my pillow throughout the night.  The pillow automatically adjusts to my temperature and helps to keep me cool.

Just as importantly, I am waking more refreshed and no longer with a stuffy nose.  For a long time, I was waking up congested and hadn't really figured out as to why.  But, now it all seems to have fallen into place.  I now think that  my congestion was due to the dust mites causing an allergic reaction.

When the pillow was delivered it came vacuum-packed.  I simply just cut the end of the bag open and watched my pillow come to life.
