Get to know a little about ACE Bakery...

Now one of North America’s leading artisan bakeries, ACE Bakery opened in 1993 as an artisan bakery creating hand-made, European-style rustic breads.  The gentle shaping of each loaf, long fermentation periods, and a stone deck oven all work to create exceptionally flavourful bread with a pleasing texture and crisp crust. The breads contain no preservatives and are made with the finest ingredients. ACE Bakery’s baguettes and artisan breads are available at hundreds of restaurants, hotels, caterers, grocery and gourmet food shops across Canada, throughout the United States, and as far away as Bermuda.

It's so funny that you posted this today because just yesterday, I bought some ACES bread (Manoucher bread) for our family for dinner. Hubby and I used to buy this bread every week and for company - it is so yummy!!! I had forgotten about it!

I love Ace Bakery bread.
They were actually my first employers as well when I moved to Toronto from Winnipeg at the tender age of 18.
Great experience and awesome bread.
I'll have to come up with something :)

We love Ace Bakery in our house. I definitely do not make the best sandwich though, that would take patience, of which I have none...
