I most certainly do. It is very sad.
my uncle and aunt
I have a lot of friends who are military wives and it very stressful for them. They're "The Boss" while he's gone, but then they're expected to be the meek little lady when they come back. Not easy to adjust.

I have a niece who is due to have a baby any day now. Her husband was in the service and came back halfway throughout her pregnancy and declared he wanted a divorce. It's been very difficult on her, especially since she will soon be having his baby.

No not any marriages that have suffered, but my sister's boyfriend is in Afghanistan right now and it has been really tough on them both.

Actually I do...mine. My husband was in the Navy for 8 years and we lived in Japan for about 4 years...when we came back to the states, it was more of a culture shock than when we moved overseas and it caused a lot of difficulty, but we made it through. That was about 9 years ago and I'm glad to say we are still happily married.
I do know A LOT of Navy couples who divorced...
