Be Heart Healthy with Cheerios #CheeriosHeartMonth {#giveaway}

Have you heard the news?

Having a diet which includes oat fiber will help to lower cholesterol, which can lower your risk of having clogged arteries and heart disease.

Furthermore, Cheerios & HoneyNut Cheerios contain the kind of fiber our bodies need to naturally rid ourselves of some of that nasty cholesterol.

Heart healthy Cheerios is not only good for us, it is also delicious.

We not only love a bowl of Cheerios, we also love to bake and cook with Cheerios.  Have you checked out Cheerios Recipe Central, yet?

General Mills makes being heart healthy easy with their recipes, and a brand new site, with all kinds of useful information and answers to your questions.  If you have questions, we've got the answers you need at Cheerios.ca.

In celebration of the new site and it being the month of heart health, Cheerios is teaming up with #LMDconnectors to offer our readers a giveaway.  One Canadian reader will win a Cheerios Prize Pack, with a retail value of $50!

Included in the prize pack will be heart shaped bowls, Cheerios, Honey Nut Cheerios and New Family Sized Chocolate Cheerios.

I like to make snack mix using cheerios, raisins, dried cranberries, nuts and coconut. drizzle with some melted white chocolate or dark chocolate and store in airtight containers.
