New year = New beginnings {#LMDconnector}

I've never found myself to be a strong new year resolution maker.  Maybe it stems from a fear of failure.

Failure is not an option in 2012, thanks to a little inspiration from our friends at Life Made Delicious.

I am not referring to huge life altering changes, either.  I'm not interested in participating in the newest diet craze, but I (like a lot of folks) would like to make a few smaller changes which lead to a healthier me (and family) this year.   My first goal is to cut back on my pop consumption.  I am serious about it, I know pop isn't a good choice, and just cutting out pop I know I can make a big change in the way I feel.

Since I am the main meal planner in our home, I want to provide my family with healthy meals.  Yet, it is now the dead of winter and I still want to give my family comfort food at the end of the day.  I want to place a delicious meal on the table which has great taste and nutrition.

You have two great goals. I drink ginger ale occasionally esp. have some on hand for the flu season. Good luck on them and it's good you found a source for healthy meals.

Yummm I will have to give this a try. I love using frozen veggies in cooking off season. So easy to get them into your favorite recipes.
