After spending a beautiful afternoon at the beach, we decided to take the kids on a little scenic journey on the way back to the cottage. But, I had no idea of the magnitude of beauty we were about to encounter. It was absolutely breathtaking, and I wished we had a picnic to enjoy, as there was lots of tables and fire pits around. (mental note for next year, maybe)
Finding the look out area was amazing, but, it also caused me to have major anxiety. The rail fence was the only barrier that was preventing you from stumbling off the side of the cliff. It was a big drop, and the kids really wanted to take a good look at the edge.

Gorgeous!
The 'edge' takes my breath away too! You know that feeling like you get kicked in the stomach and you literally can't breath...but it's kind of a love/hate thing!
when was this taken? at this time of the year? I want to go there!! :)
Shasher's Life ~ Save a Horse...
when and where was this??
yes, I want to know when and where this is too!! What a beautiful place!
Beautiful!
I'd love to know where this was too.
Very cool! On Manitoulin Island, we have a place that looks similar to that! It's called the Cup and Saucer and it's part of the Niagara Escarpment.
It is awesome that beautiful places like this still exist in our world. I would have been so nervous about the cliff though!!
Beautiful! I find places like that so relaxing. Mind cleaning actually. You can almost feel stress melting away. Great spot to go to!
