Empire Reel Babies {giveaway}

Have you ever heard the saying that having a baby changes everything?

I am sure any parent would agree!  Being a mom of three, I know that there is nothing like the coo of your newborn baby.  Yet, at the same time having a baby can become an isolating event.  I know there are play groups and such where moms can get together.  But, how about going out to dinner or to the movies?  My experience is those things cease to exist when baby makes three.

What would you say if I told you there was a movie theatre company who is now catering to moms, caregivers, and dads of new babies? And, it's time to bring back getting out and enjoying movies where babies are welcome, in a child-friendly environment.

Empire Reel Babies

  • At select local Empire Theatres you can see a grown-up movie twice a month in a setting that doesn't require you to hire a babysitter.
  • Lights are kept on dim and the sound is turned down, so your baby feels secure
  • Auditoriums are equipped with everything you need to care for baby - so you don't need to miss a scene {playmats, changing stations, baby swings, exersaucers,  even a bottle warmer if you need one}
To make it even more fun, Empire Theatres has made the Reel Babies program interactive!  Become a member and you can have a say in which movies will be airing.  As a member, receive emails which ask you, which movie you would like to see in a Reel Babies auditorium, make your voice and preference heard by a simple click of your mouse.  I took a look and found some of the movies which are being voted on right now, are The Rum Diary and Johnny English Reborn.

Empire Reel Babies movies air in the early afternoon.   Reel Babies is geared for newborn babies to the pre-crawling age range.  Just note that the movies are geared to adults and may not be appropriate for children, though no one will be turned away.

The gold star award goes to Empire Theatres for recognizing a huge gap and providing the Reel Babies program.

Get the all the details and to find a theatre near you, as well as what's on and when, check out Empire Reel Babies.

Ladies it is time to get the girls together and enjoy an afternoon at the movies, all the while caring and loving your baby!  It's the ultimate outing.

What a great idea. Unfortunatly it is not available where my daughter lives or I would have tried to win it for her. She sure needs to get out of the house and meet new people.
