Time Island ~ online world of adventure!

Over the last few weeks we've been exploring Time Island.

Time Island is a new virtual world, so new in fact that it is still in beta version. We feel very privileged to be one of the first players at Time Island.

Time Island is a safe and secure virtual game, geared toward children ages 6 - 10. The team behind Time Island has taken great steps to offer kids a fun, yet educational gaming experience. One which parents can be assured is safe. Kids can interact with other players from around the world, but only with pre-chosen phrases and sentences by the Time Island team. Inappropriate language or behavior will not be tolerated and can be reported.

Time Island is an adventure in survival. We first made a little character to get stated and then we set out to explore the island. Playing games and collecting rewards quickly became a priority for Matthew. I think Matthew, at eight years old is the perfect age for Time Island.

The team at Time Island is committed to promote:

  • Concern for others and friendship
  • Independence and resourcefulness
  • Community building and co-operation
  • Care and appreciation for the world around us

Matthew is looking forward to getting back to school and share this new game with his classmates. We also received some fun promotional materials, which his is going to share as well.

Get started by visiting Time Island, you will find fun and kids won't even realize that they are learning! Playing at Time Island aids in hand-eye co-ordination, and spatial reasoning.

We are looking forward to continuing to play as it grows, and excited to be a part of Time Island from the very beginning.

Disclaimer: I received promotional materials and this opportunity through MomSelect. Opinions expressed are mine, yours may differ.
