Safety Tat {giveaway}

THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED
THANK YOU TO ALL WHO PARTICIPATED
A WINNER WILL BE ANNOUNCED SHORTLY

There was once a little boy of only four years old. It was his first day of school ever and his first day riding a school bus ever. Even though his mom spoke to the school, bus company and bus driver that little four year old boy was let off the bus that first day over two kilometers away from where he lived. He didn't know where he was, nor did anyone know him.

When he realized that he didn't know where he was it was too late, the bus was gone. A neighbour of the little boy tried to tell the bus driver that he had gotten off at the wrong stop, but the bus driver said sit down. The boy was lost. When the bus got to where he should of got off, the neighbour jumped off the bus to tell the boy's mom that he got off at the wrong stop. But, she didn't know where either.

The boy had his name and phone number inside his backpack, but nobody thought to look for it.
The boy's dad went out in the car to look for him, the bus company was called, the school was called and 911 was called. Three police cars were dispatched, one to the school, one to where they thought he got off the bus and one to our home. For forty minutes this mom was frantic and for forty minutes I cried and every possible bad outcome ran through my head.

This was quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had and I would never want another parent to have to feel that helpless feeling. This coming fall when my youngest head off to kindergarten I am ready...thanks to Safety Tat!

Safety Tat is skin-safe peel and stick 'tattoo', it is comprised of a micro-thin elastomer with medical grade adhesive that is hypoallergenic and skin safe. Parents/guardians can write emergency information on the tattoo with the supplied tattoo marking pen. They are easy to use and completely waterproof!

Once Safety Tat is applied to the skin, parents write a phone number. The Safety Tat is on until the parent decides to take it off. Safety Tat is opaque, highly vibrant and works on all skin shades. You do not require water to apply. It simply just a peel and stick and the tattoo will remain in place for weeks.

Thank you to Safety Tat for supplying me with a multi pack for my review. Included in the package was three 'tattoos', three alcohol prep pads and an applicator pen. I was excited to try them out, since that raw emotion from that day is still fresh in my mind. I tested one on Jillian's arm (even though we weren't going anywhere) just to see how they worked and for the purpose of this product review. I found the 'tattoo' easy to apply and I loved that you didn't need water, making them perfect for when you are on the go. I was sure to have her skin dry and the 'tattoo' went on quickly and flawlessly. I love that they are waterproof, making them perfect if we are vising a public pool, or water park.

Jillian is a wandering child, even last night she became separated from me when I was at our community center. I plan to apply Safety Tat when we are out in public and in large crowds and most certainly on her first day of school come this September.

We all know that keeping your eye on your child is so important, but we also know that children can wander off into a crowd in the blink of the eye. Speak to your child about what to do in the case of separation. Safety Tat gives parents a little peace of mind.
