Green Cricket *Giveaway*

THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED
THANK YOU FOR PARTICIPATING
A WINNER WILL BE CONTACTED AND ANNOUNCED SHORTLY!

Green Cricket is an Ontario, Canada based company whose mission is to bring quality green products to mainstream consumers in a way that is meaningful, convenient and fun.

Green Cricket is your go to store for all things needed in your green lifestyle. After all, I think we all feel the same way about going green in an effort to preserve this planet for our children and our children's children...

Green Cricket makes it simple for us to fulfill this desire.

If you are anything like me, sometimes it is difficult to find green items. Even if you want to choose an environmentally friendly product, if it is not readily available, you will opt for the 'old, familiar item'. Let's face it our lives are busy and we don't always have the time to go in search of that certain product. Retailers are getting better, but not quite there yet.

This is where Green Cricket comes in.

Green Cricket will deliver to any address in North America and backs their products with a satisfaction guarantee. With Green Cricket, we (as consumers) have no excuse anymore, we can purchase the products we are in need of right at the tips of our fingertips and have it delivered to our doorstep within a few days. As an added bonus, residents of Toronto, Ontario can have their orders over $50.00 delivered for free. Just in case you were wondering that is 2.48 million people, 5.5 million if you are counting the greater Toronto area.

MY REVIEW
Thank you to Green Cricket for offering to send me the woman's bamboo crew tee for my review.
I have never owned any clothing that is bamboo, but have heard many good reviews of it. So, I was very excited to get my order and and take a look and feel of the t-shirt. The bamboo shirt is 70% bamboo and 30% certified organic cotton. I have to say with one feel of the shirt I was in love, there is nothing quite like the feel of bamboo. When wearing the shirt if feels so soft and luxurious against my skin. Quite simply if I could, I would wear this gorgeous shirt ALL.OF.THE.TIME! Not to mention the compliments I have been receiving while wearing the shirt, this shirt makes me one happy girl.

Bamboo is a breathable material which wicks moisture away from your skin. Other qualities of the bamboo t-shirt are...thermal regulating, hypoallergenic, and bio-degradable...just to mention a few. Take a look at this great shirt, to learn more about bamboo.

And, as a Canadian consumer, I look and buy Canadian as much as possible...and the bamboo t-shirt is made in Canada.

Much to my surprise Green Cricket generously also sent along one of their Water Bottles.

We all know we need to ditch those plastic water bottles, but many of us still love the convenience of the plastic pre-filled bottles. With the Green Cricket water bottle, you are getting 100% stainless steel, and the printing is lead-free.

I am working to make my kids lunches environmentally friendly, and this water bottle is great for sending with my daughter to school. Kids are encouraged to take a water bottle to sit on their desk, for them to sip on all day long. I asked Emily what kind of water bottles other students have and many still have the plastic bottles. Happily, though many kids have asked Emily where to get a bottle like hers, and she is proud to tell them Green Cricket.

We can all do our part, all it takes is a little planning on our behalf. Green Cricket is here to assist us in making wiser choices and giving us the convenience of shopping from the comfort of our homes.

There are so many things I would buy, and in fact I think I *will* be buying a few things from there sooner or later.

The "nature clean" products, I have used them before in my previous job where I was cleaning houses. I used my work products at home when I was still doing that job and I loved the products. However, now that I'm not working there I no longer have access to those products. I have found them in a couple places but they usually only have one or two bottles at a time and it is inconvient shopping wise. Like one store might have the floor cleaner but not the kitchen cleaner. so then I have to go to 2 or 3 stores to get everything I need. I love the idea they ship it right to you. I'm going to look more into it and see how it would work for my budget. :)

Thanks for bringing this to our attention pam. :)
