Things are a Changin'

A few days ago the morning broke to a beautiful wintery scene. My Dad had my camera, and took the opportunity to take some pictures of the untouched beauty of the morning.

Since that morning our snow has turned very ugly and dirty. The good news is today and tomorrow is to be warm and rainy, a lot of that dirty snow should be gone.

Maybe, just maybe Spring is on the way, huh? The snow her eis pretty slushy and gross too. Although I am not convinced that the warm will stay. :)

Those are beautiful photos. Why is it that clean snow is so gorgeous and dirty snow so ugly?

Wow Pam,

I am getting cold just looking at the pictures. How beautiful the clean snow looks though. I just wouldn't want to have to be out and driving around in it. I've never been in snow! Love you girl and have a great day.

Love and Hugs, Laurie

Great photos... too bad winter is so darn cold and there's ice in places where one has to walk. Otherwise perhaps it would be more enjoyable!

It's so beautiful when it has first fallen! We still have huge piles of dirty snow from our December snow storm sitting in parking lots across the city. That is not pretty.

Those are some great pictures! I don't mind it when it looks all pretty like that! Once March hits and it's all brown slush it's so ugly.

BEAUTIFUL!!

However I'm glad it's you living in that, rather than me. Anything below 70 is chill-bump weather to me.

I just love when it looks like that and the snow clings to the branches!

In a matter of 24-48 hours, almost all of our snow has melted away because we hit 50 degrees here. It's weird actually...but the snow will be back. It's only February.

These are so beautiful - your dad did a great job! Could you send these to my email - the tree pics - I want to enlarge, frame and hang in the hallway

Snow is so pretty when it first falls! We had that. And then we had piles of dirty snow for weeks! I still love the snow though, having grown up in California I find it to be beautiful.
And I like to make a snow man!

Very nice photography!
